£35 Cash Back for 2020 Members:
- When you are forming a company via the 2020 Company Formation Portal and your client advises you that they do not currently have a business bank account, as part of your company formation process, there is a simple way of including a Fast Track Barclays Business Bank Account – by simply ticking the box which states: Include Barclays Business Bank Account.
- Once this box is ticked, the relevant data required for opening an account is automatically sent through to Barclays. (Extracting relevant data from the Company Formation data).
- The Made Simple Group (MSG) receive monthly reporting data from Barclays advising of all bank accounts successfully opened. MSG reconcile these accounts (using company registration no) and any relevant £35 cash back commissions are then automatically credited to the individual 2020 members company formation accounts.
- Cash back credit is paid into the individual 2020 Members company formation accounts – and can be used to purchase companies. Please note that at any point 2020 Members can request a BACS transfer of any credit in their company formation account.
Fast track bank account application:
- If you do select to include Barclays Bank Account with the company formation package – then once you have completed the incorporation, your client details will automatically be forwarded to Barclays.
- Within 48 hours of receiving those details, a dedicated Barclays Business Manager will call your client to arrange a suitable time to meet up and open their account. The Business Manager will be located at a branch that’s convenient to your clients’ business correspondence address.
